Our first <abbr>OER<\/abbr> introduced the concept of accessibility. Our second <abbr>OER<\/abbr> is about a related concept: conformance testing. This new resource consists of a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B5pduB_JZh5EbVBjRmpfNFg3eW8\/view?usp=sharing\">short text in Microsoft Word format<\/a> and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1kIwMlEc15Y\">video on YouTube<\/a>. The focus is on testing conformance against the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/WCAG20\/\">Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (<abbr>WCAG<\/abbr>) 2.0<\/a>, which is the de facto standard for <a class=\"glossaryLink\"  aria-describedby=\"tt\"  data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;Web accessibility&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;The extent to which a web technology can be used by everyone.&lt;\/div&gt;\"  href=\"https:\/\/moocap.gpii.de\/?glossary=web-accessibility\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>web accessibility<\/a>.
